Dear Dato Ravi and Dato Karthiyani of Rayani Air,

Today is 14th April 2016 - still NO SALARY for your 70 engineering crews and indirectly their immediate families.
We have no choice but to {{break our silence}} in solidarity for our comrades together with Malaysian aircraft maintenance engineering community, calling on both of you for a bit of generosity and kindness.
And listen to them with your HEART !!
During the initial startup of your "shariah-compliant" airline, your engineering crews are those unsung heroes who have contributed "countless sleepless nights" just to ensure your aircrafts are airworthy and safe to fly.
Even though, their salaries are the lowest in the market compared to other airlines. They still strive and continue to give out their best in terms of knowledge and expertise without jeopardizing the safety of your aircrafts.
We look forward to hear good news from both of you regarding this matter.
